His expertise has been crucial in developing CslSoft’s product portfolio, including KANDAREE Apparel ERP and KORMEE for HR Management. Under Rowly’s leadership, CslSoft has grown to over 115 professionals, driven by innovation and customer focus. His vision of fostering local talent to produce world-class software has been instrumental in CslSoft’s success. Rowly’s influence in the industry is further evidenced by his tenure as President of BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services) during 2008-09.

Ranjan Neogi, Director of CSL Software Resources Ltd., is a visionary leader in Bangladesh’s IT sector. With a master’s in Finance from the University of Dhaka and extensive experience in banking, Neogi cofounded CslSoft, focusing on innovative ERP solutions for the garment and textile industry. He played a key role in designing KANDAREE, CslSoft’s flagship ERP product, which has revolutionized operations across the apparel sector, optimizing processes and enhancing global competitiveness. His commitment to continuous learning is evident in his advanced IT and software quality management training. Neogi’s global perspective, shaped by extensive engagement with international industry setups and collaboration with global experts, ensures CslSoft delivers world-class solutions tailored to meet diverse market needs. Beyond his professional achievements, Neogi is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Dhaka, demonstrating his dedication to social responsibility and cementing his status as a pioneer in Bangladesh’s transforming IT sector of the country.

Shougata Ghosh looks after the Development Division of the company. He has over 15 years of experience in large scale Enterprise Software Development, Software Architecture design and Database design of industry focused Line of Business Applications. He is responsible for charting the Technology Roadmap for the organization. In addition to leading the Development Division, Shougata is involved with planning and monitoring the execution of multiple large scale ERP Projects at various Client sites. He regularly leads the New Product Planning, Design and Technology Architecture along with the Organization’s Business Sustainability Plan. With years of entrepreneurial experience, he has the right mix of Business Innovation and practical Financial Management skills necessary to steer and blossom new ideas to successful business endeavors. Shougata has completed his Masters of Science in Engineering from Princeton University (USA) and Bachelors of Science from University of Virginia (USA). He has co-authored multiple conference papers during his academic years.
